Woe to every guilty liar

who hears Allah’s signs being read to him, then is obstinately proud, as if he has not heard them. Give his good news – of painful torment.

Whenever he knows anything of our signs, he makes fun of them. Such people will have shameful torment.

Hell will be behind them, and the possessions they have gained will not help them, nor will the helpers they chose besides Allah. They will have great torment.

This is guidance, and disbelievers in their Lord’s signs will have torment of painful uncleanness.

25B4 Allah has subjected the sea to youMP, so that ships sail through it by his command and youMP would seek his grace, so that youMP may give thanks.

From himself, he subjected everything in the heavens and the earth to youMP. Those are signs to people who consider.

Tell believers to forgive those who do not hope for Allah’s days, when he will reward people as they deserve.

Whoever does righteous deeds, benefits from it himself, and whoever does bad will have it counted against him. Then youMP will be returned to yourMP Lord.

We gave the people of Israel the book, judgment, and prophecy, and we provided them with good things to eat, and we preferred them above all mankind.

We gave them miracles of the command. They did not differ insolently until after knowledge had come to them. YourMS Lord will judge among them on the day of resurrection about their differences.

Then we set youMS on a law of the command, so followMS it and do not followMS the desires of those who do not know.

They will not help youMS at all against Allah. The wicked help each other, and Allah helps the godly.

This is evidence to people, and guidance and mercy to people who are certain.

Do those who seek bad deeds think that we will treat them like believers who do righteous deeds, both in life and death? They judge badly.

Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth, so that every soul would be repaid as it deserves. They will not be wronged.

Have youMS seen someone who knowingly chooses his desire as his god, while Allah knowingly leads him astray, blocking his hearing and his heart, and putting a cover over his sight? Who will guide him after Allah? Do youMP not remember?

They said, “This world is all there is. We will die and live. Nothing destroys us except time.” They know nothing about that. They merely guess.

When our signs and miracles are recited to them, their only excuse is, “BringMP us our fathers if youMP are telling the truth.”

SayMS, “Allah gives youMP life and then death. Then he will gather youMP on the day of judgment, of which there is no doubt. But most people do not know.

The kingdom of the heavens and the earth is Allah’s. On the day the hour comes, on that day the vain will be lost.

But their Lord will make the believers who did righteous deeds enter into his mercy. That is the clear victory.

Were my signs not recited to youMP disbelievers? But youMP were proud, wrongdoing people.

When it was said, “Allah’s promise is true and there is no doubt of the hour," youMP said, “We do not know what the hour is. We think it is conjecture and are not certain.”

The bad deeds they did will appear and they will be surrounded by what they had made fun of.

It will be said, “Today we will forget youMP as youMP forgot the appointment of this day of yoursMP. YourMP abode will be hellfire, and youMP will have no savior.

That is because youMP made fun of Allah’s signs and this world beguiled youMP.” Today they will not come out of it, and they will not be received favorably.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the heavens, the Lord of the earth, the Lord of the universe.

The glory of the heavens and the earth is his, and he is mighty and wise.
