In the name of Allah, the most gracious and merciful. S. [I swear] by the Qur’an, which has a reminder.

*** But disbelievers are proud and divided.

How many generations we destroyed, and they called, but there was no time to escape.

They were amazed that a warner had come to them from among themselves, and the disbelievers said, “This is a lying magician.

Has he made the gods into one god? This is strange.”

Their nobility went off, “Go off and endure yourMP gods. This is something desired.
0

We did not hear about this in the last spiritual path. This is just invented.
0
8
Was the reminder revealed to him among us?” They are in doubt about my reminder, but they have not tasted my torment.

Do they have storehouses of yourMS strong, giving Lord’s mercy?
0
10
Do they own the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and what is between them? Let them ascend by the ropes.

There is a defeated army of the parties.
0
12
*** The people of Nuh, Aad, and Pharaoh of the pyramids rejected,
0
13
*** as did Thamud, Lut’s people, and the owners of the Aika. Those are the parties.
0
14
Each of them rejected the messengers and my punishment was fulfilled.
0
15
They wait only for one cry, which will not be delayed.
0
16
They said, “Our Lord, hasten our sentence before the day of reckoning.”
0
17
Endure MS  what they say. Remember our servant Dawud, who was mighty. He was penitent.

18
We made the mountains subject with him, togave praiseFP in the evening and at sunrise.
0
19
The birds were gathered, and each was penitent to him.
0
20
We established his kingdom, and gave him wisdom and sound judgment in legal matters.

23B2 Have youMS heard the story of the adversaries who climbed over the wall of the sanctuary?

They entered in upon Dawud and he was afraid of them. TheyMP said, “Do not be afraid. Two adversaries, one of us wronged the other, so judge truthfully between us and do not be unjust. Guide us on the straight path.

This my brother has ninety-nine ewes, and I have one. He said, “Entrust me with it,” and he convinced me by his speech.

He said, “He was unjust to youMS in asking for yourMS ewe, and taking it to his ewes. Many of those who mix things up are unjust to each other, except for believers who do righteous deeds, and those are rare. Dawud thought that we had tried him, and he asked his Lord for forgiveness and bowed down in repentance.

So we forgave him for it, and he has nearness and a good place of return to us.

Dawud, we have made youMS a regent on earth, so judge truthfully among men and do not follow passion, or it will lead youMS astray from Allah’s path. Those who are led astray from Allah’s path will have severe torment on the day of reckoning because of what they forgot.

We did not create heaven and earth and what is between them in vain. Disbelievers imagine that. Woe to disbelievers concerning hellfire!

Should we treat believers who do righteous deeds like those who cause destruction on the earth, or should we treat the godly like the unrighteous?

We revealed a blessed book to youMS, so they would reflect on his signs and so thinkers would remember.

We gave Dawud Sulayman, who was a wonderful, penitent servant.
0

He was offered swift horsesFS in the evening,
0
32
and said, “I have loved the good thingsMS more than remembering my Lord, so theyFS were hidden behind the curtain.
0

Return them to me.” He began rubbing their legs and necks.
0

We tried Sulayman and put a body on his chair, then he repented.
0
35
He said, “Lord, forgive me, and give me a kingdom the likes of which no one after me will have. YouMS are the giver.”

We made the wind subject to him, a mild wind blowing wherever he wished at his command,
0
37
in addition to the devils – every builder and diver,
0
38
and others, bound together with cords.
0
39
This was our gift, to give bountifully or withhold.
0

He has nearness and a good place of return to us.
0

Remember our servant Ayyub, who called to his Lord, “Satan touched me with plunder and torment.”

Run with yourMS leg. This is a cold place for washing and drinking.
0

We gave him his family, and others with them as mercy from us and a reminder for thinkers.
0
44
Take a handful of mixed herbs, travel with it, and do not be falseMS. We found him enduring, a wonderful servant, and penitent.

Remember our servants Ibrahim, Ishaq, and Yaqub, strong visionaries.
0
46
We certainly purified them with a reminder of heaven.
0
47
They were choice, chosen ones of ours.
0
48
Remember Ismail, Alyasa, and Dhu-Al-Kifl, each of whom were choice.
0

This is a reminder, and a good return for the godly:
0

heavenly gardens of Eden with open doors to them,
0
51
reclining in it, calling for much fruit and drink.
0

23B3 TheyMP will have low-hanging juicy ones.
0

YouMP are promised this for the day of reckoning.
0
54
This is our provision, and it will never vanish.
0

However, transgressors have an evil return.
0

They will be roasted in hell, an awful dwelling,
0
57
with boiling water, putridity,
0
58
and similar things.
0

Here is a group rushing with youMP; they will not be welcomed, but roasted in hellfire.

They said, “But youMP were not welcomed; youMP presented it to us, an evil decision.”
0

They said, “Our Lord, who presented this to us? Give him twice as much torment in hellfire.”
0

They said, “What is wrong with us? We do not see men we thought were evildoers.
0

We made fun of them, or has our sight missed them.
0
64
This is truth. The inhabitants of hellfire fight each other.
0
65
I am a warner, and the only god is the one, victorious Allah,
0
66
Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the strong forgiver.

*** SayMS, “It is great news
0

youMP turned away from.”

I had no knowledge of the higher nobility striving.
0
70
I have been inspired that I am only a clear warner.
0

So yourMS Lord told the angels, “I am creating a man from clay
0
72
and when I have formed him and breathed into him of my spirit, fall down and bow down before him.”

So all the angels bowed down,
0

except for Iblis, who was proud and was a disbeliever.
0

He said, “Iblis, what kept youMS from bowingMS down in front of what I created with my own hands? Were youMS proud, or were youMS haughty?”

He said, “I am better than he is; youMS created me from fire, and youMS created him from clay.”

He said, “GoMS out of it. YouMS are damned.
0
78
YouMS have my curse until the day of judgment.”

He said, “My Lord, Give me more time until the day they are resurrected.”

He said, “YouMS have more time
0

until the known day and time.”
0

He said, “By yourMS power, I will lead them all astray
0
83
except for those of them that are yourMS sincere servants.”

*** He said, “Truly, truly I say,
0

*** I will fill hell with youMS and with all those of them that follow youMS.”

SayMS, “I do not ask youMP for wages for it. I am not a troublemaker.”

It is only a reminder to people.

YouMS will certainly know his news later.
