19A3 In the name of Allah, the most gracious and merciful. TSM.
0
2
Those are signs of the clear book.
0
3
YourMS grief may be killing youMS because they are not believers.
0
4
If we will it, we will reveal a heavenly sign to them, so their necks would remain subjected to it.
0
5
Every time a renewed reminder comes to them from the most gracious, they turn away from it.
0
6
They have rejected, so news of what they made fun of will come to them.
0
7
Have they not seen how many agreeable kinds we made to sprout on the earth?
0
8
That is a sign, but most of them were not believers.
0
9
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
10
YourMS Lord called Musa, “Go to wicked people,
0
11
Pharaoh’s people. Will they not be godly?
0
12
He said, “My Lord, I fear they will reject me,
0
13
and my heart will be constrained, and my tongue tied. Send Harun.
0
14
They hold a sin against me, and I fear they will kill me.”
0
15
He said, “No. GoD with our signs. We will be listening with youMP.
0
16
GoD to Pharaoh, and sayD: We are a messenger of the Lord of the universe.
0
17
*** Send the people of Israel with us.”
0
18
*** He said, “Did we not raise youMS among us since youMS were a child, and did youMS not spend many years of yourMS life with us?
0
19
And youMS did the deed youMS did, and youMS are a disbeliever.”
0
20
He said, “I went astray when I did that,
0
21
and I fled from youMP when I feared youMP, and my Lord gave me judgment and made me a messenger.
0
22
*** That is a blessing youMS reproach me with, since youMS enslaved the people of Israel!”
0
23
*** Pharaoh said, “What is the Lord of the universe?”
0
24
He said, “The Lord of the heavens, the earth, and what is between them, if youMP are certain.”
0
25
He told those around him, “Do youMP not hear?”
0
26
He said, “YourMP Lord and the Lord of yourMP ancestors.”
0
27
He said, “YourMP messenger who was sent to youMP is crazy.”
0
28
He said, “Lord of the sunrise and the sunset and what is between them, if youMP comprehend.”
0
29
He said, “If youMS choose any god besides me, I will put youMS in prison.”
0
30
He said, “Even if I bring youMS something clear?”
0
31
He said, “Bring it on if youMS are telling the truth.”
0
32
So he threw down his staff, and it was clearly a serpent.
0
33
Then he took away his hand and it was white to those who saw it.
0
34
He told the nobles around him, “This is a learned magician
0
35
who wants to expel youMP from yourMP land by his magic. What do youMP command?”
0
36
They said, “Put him and his brother off and send gatherers to the cities,
0
37
to bring youMS every learned magician.”
0
38
So the magicians were assembled for an appointment of a known day,
0
39
and the people were asked, “Are youMP assembled?"
0
40
"We may follow the magicians if they are victorious.”
0
41
When the magicians came, they told Pharaoh, “Will we get paid if we are victorious?”
0
42
He said, “Yes. YouMP will also be brought close.”
0
43
Musa told them, “Throw down what youMP will throw.”
0
44
So they threw down their ropes and staffs and said, “By the might of Pharaoh, we are victorious.”
0
45
Then Musa threw down his staff, and it swallowed up what they had falsely done.
0
46
Then the magicians fell down and bowed down.
0
47
They said, “We believe in the Lord of the universe,
0
48
the Lord of Musa and Harun.”
0
49
He said, “Have youMP believed in him before I give youMP permission? He is yourMP chief who taught youMP magic. YouMP will know. I will cut off yourMP hands and feet on opposite sides, and crucify youMP all.”
0
50
They said, “There is no harm in that. We will return to our Lord.
0
51
We hope that he will forgive our faults, since we are the first believers.”
0
52
19A4 We inspired Musa, “Go by night with my servants. YouMP will be followed.”
0
53
So Pharaoh sent recruiters to the cities,
0
54
“They are a small band,
0
55
who have made us angry,
0
56
and we are all wary.”
0
57
Thus we expelled them from gardens, springs,
0
58
treasures, and a noble status,
0
59
*** and gave it as an inheritance to the people of Israel.
0
60
*** So they followed them at sunrise.
0
61
When both groups saw each other, Musa’s companions said, “We have been overtaken.”
0
62
He said, “No. My Lord is with me. He will guide me.”
0
63
We inspired Musa, “Strike the sea with yourMS staff.” It was divided, and each part was like the great mountain.”
0
64
We brought the others there
0
65
and rescued Musa and all that were with him.
0
66
Then we drowned the others.
0
67
That is a sign, though most of them did not believe.
0
68
YourMP Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
69
Recite them the news of Ibrahim,
0
70
when he told his father and his people, “What do youMP worship?”
0
71
They said, “We worship idols, and we will continue to be devoted to them.”
0
72
He said, “Do they hear youMP when youMP pray?
0
73
Or do they benefit youMP or harm youMP?”
0
74
They said, “We found our fathers doing thus.”
0
75
He said, “Have youMP seen what did youMP used to worship,
0
76
youMP and yourMP ancestors?
0
77
They are enemies to me, except for the Lord of the universe,
0
78
who created me. He guides me,
0
79
and he gives me food and drink.
0
80
When I get sick, he heals me.
0
81
He makes me die and then gives me life.
0
82
I hope he will forgive me my sin on the Day of Judgment.
0
83
My Lord, give me judgment, and join me with the righteous.
0
84
Give me an honest tongue among the others.
0
85
Make me an heir of the heavenly garden of delight.
0
86
Forgive my father. He has gone astray.
0
87
Do not shame me on the day when they are resurrected,
0
88
the day when neither money nor children will benefit,
0
89
except for him who comes to Allah with a sound heart.”
0
90
The heavenly garden has come close to the godly.
0
91
The blazing fire has been made obvious to those who went astray.
0
92
It will be told them, “Where are the gods youMP worshiped
0
93
besides Allah? Will they save youMP or themselves?”
0
94
Then they were thrown in it, both they, those who went astray,
0
95
and all the hosts of Iblis.
0
96
They said while fighting within it,
0
97
“By Allah, we were clearly astray
0
98
when we made youMP equal to the Lord of the universe.
0
99
Only the wrongdoers made us go astray.
0
100
We have no intercessors
0
101
or close friends.
0
102
If we could return, we would be believers.”
0
103
That is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
0
104
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
105
Nuh’s people rejected the messengers.
0
106
Their brother Nuh told them, “Will youMP not be godly?
0
107
I am a faithful messenger to youMP.
0
108
So fear Allah and obey me.
0
109
I do not ask youMP for wages for this. My wages come from the Lord of the universe.
0
110
So fear Allah and obey me.”
0
111
19B1 They said, “Should we believe in youMS when only the vilest people follow youMS?”
0
112
He said, “What do I know of what they did?
0
113
Their reckoning is only with my Lord, if youMP only realized.
0
114
I would never drive out believers.
0
115
I am only a clear warner.”
0
116
They said, “Nuh, if youMS do not stop, youMS will be stoned.”
0
117
He said, “Lord, my people have rejected me.
0
118
Open a rift between me and them, and rescue me along with the believers that are with me.”
0
119
And we rescued him and those who were with him in a loaded ark.
0
120
Then we drowned the rest.
0
121
That is a sign, but most of them were not believers.
0
122
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
123
Aad rejected the messengers.
0
124
Their brother Hud told them, “Will youMP not be godly?
0
125
I am a faithful messenger to youMP.
0
126
Fear Allah and obey me.
0
127
I do not ask youMP for wages for this. My wages come from the Lord of the universe.
0
128
Do youMP build a sign on every high hill in vain
0
129
and choose buildings so that youMP may be immortal?
0
130
And when youMP attack, youMP attack powerfully.
0
131
Fear Allah and obey me.
0
132
FearMP him who gave youMP yourMP knowledge.
0
133
He gave youMP cattle and children,
0
134
gardens and springs.
0
135
I fear torment of a great day for youMP.”
0
136
They said, “Whether or not youMS preach to us,
0
137
this is only a habit of the men of old.
0
138
We will not be tormented.”
0
139
So they rejected him and we destroyed them. That is a sign, but most of them were not believers.
0
140
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
141
Thamud rejected the messengers.
0
142
Their brother Salih told them, “Will youMP not be godly?
0
143
I am a faithful messenger to youMP.
0
144
Fear Allah and obey me.
0
145
I do not ask youMP for wages for this. My wages will come from the Lord of the universe.
0
146
Will youMP be left secure here
0
147
among gardens, springs,
0
148
fields and palm trees with slender sprouts,
0
149
while youMP cleverly carve out homes from the mountains?
0
150
Fear Allah and obey me.
0
151
Do not obey the command of the wasteful,
0
152
who cause destruction in the land and do not amend it.”
0
153
They said, “YouMS are bewitched.
0
154
YouMS are only a human like us. Bring on a sign if youMS are telling the truth.”
0
155
He said, “This female camel has a time to drink, and youMP will have a time to drink on a known day.
0
156
Do not harm her, or torment of a great day will overcome youMP.”
0
157
They hamstrung her, and in the morning regretted it.
0
158
Then torment seized them. That is a sign, but most of them were not believers.
0
159
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
160
Lut’s people rejected the messengers.
0
161
Their brother Lut told them, “Will youMP not be godly?
0
162
I am a faithful messenger to youMP.
0
163
FearMP Allah and obey me.
0
164
I do not ask youMP for wages for this. My wages come from the Lord of the universe.
0
165
Do youMP go to men for sex
0
166
and leave the wives yourMP Lord created for youMP? YouMP are transgressing people.”
0
167
They said, “Lut, if youMS do not stop, youMS will be expelled.”
0
168
He said, “I hate yourMP works.
0
169
Lord, rescue me and my family from what they do.”
0
170
So we rescued him and all his family,
0
171
except for an old woman who delayed.
0
172
Then we destroyed the others,
0
173
and rained down a rain upon them. The rain of those who were warned was awful.
0
174
That is a sign, but most of them were not believers.
0
175
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
176
Those of the forest rejected the messengers.
0
177
Shuaib told them, “Will youMP not be godly?
0
178
I am a faithful messenger to youMP.
0
179
Fear GodMP and obey me.
0
180
I do not ask youMP for wages for this. My wages come from the Lord of the universe.
0
181
19B2 Pay the measure and do not cause loss.
0
182
Weigh with a straight balance.
0
183
Do not withhold things that are due people, and do not do evil and destroy in the land.
0
184
Fear him who created both youMP and the ancient generations.”
0
185
They said, “YouMS are bewitched.
0
186
YouMS are only a human like us and we think youMS are a liar.
0
187
Make pieces fall from the sky if youMS are telling the truth.”
0
188
He said, “My Lord well knows yourMP deeds.”
0
189
So they rejected him and the torment of a day of covering overtook them. It was the torment of a great day.
0
190
That is a sign, but most of them were not believers.
0
191
YourMS Lord is mighty and merciful.
0
192
It is a revelation of the Lord of the universe.
0
193
The faithful spirit brought it down
0
194
on yourMS heart, so that youMS would be a warner
0
195
in a clear Arabic tongue.
0
196
It is in the books of the men of old.
0
197
Was it not a sign to them that the scholars of the people of Israel know it?
0
198
If we had revealed it to some foreigners,
0
199
and he read it to them, they would not have believed in it.
0
200
Thus we made it go into the hearts of the wrongdoers.
0
201
They will not believe in it until they see the painful torment.
0
202
It will come to them suddenly, when they do not realize it.
0
203
They will say, “Will we be given more time?”
0
204
Are they in a hurry for our torment?
0
205
What do youMS think? If we let them enjoy themselves for years,
0
206
and then what they were promised comes to them,
0
207
what good will their enjoyment do them?
0
208
We never destroyed a village without its having warners
0
209
as a reminder. We were not wicked.
0
210
The devils did not reveal it.
0
211
They should not do it, nor are they able.
0
212
They are isolated from hearing.
0
213
Do not pray toMS another god besides Allah, or youMS will be tormented.
0
214
Warn yourMS clan and relatives.
0
215
Put yourMS wing down for those believers who follow youMS.
0
216
If they disobey youMS, say, “I am innocent of yourMP deeds.”
0
217
TrustMS in the strong, merciful one,
0
218
who sees youMS when youMS get up,
0
219
and yourMS turning about among those who bow down.
0
220
He hears all and knows all.
0
221
Shall I tell youMP about those on whom the devils come down?
0
222
They come down on every guilty liar.
0
223
They listen, and most of them are liars.
0
224
Poets are followed by those who go astray.
0
225
Have youMS not seen that they wander in every valley?
0
226
They say what they do not do.
0
227
Except for believers who do righteous deeds and remember Allah frequently, and are victorious after they were wickedly treated. Those who treated them wickedly will know how they will be overthrown.
